To start off with, this is not the type of music we usually feature on our blog. Though just for the reason behind it, I am gonna buy this CD, and you should too!
When international singer/songwriter Milow the Girl launches her newest CD Days of Power in the United States, she’ll be doing more than bringing her blend of rock-pop to a new audience. She’ll also be standing up for millions of dogs suffering in puppy mills by donating some of the proceeds from her CD launch party and sales …

A must read interview presented to you from QMI with Ozzy Osbourne, or as we all know the Prince of Darkness. He speaks about his new band and tour, the patience of his producer Kevin Churko, his son’s documentary, his tattoos, his health column (now that is funny!) and also about Zakk Wylde, who’s been Ozzy’s guitarist for 20 years. Most importantly of all, he also speaks about the chances of having another Black Sabbath world tour with the original line up, and public toilets!

I never heard of the synthpop British group Ou Est Le Swimming Pool before, but after reading the unfortunate news that their front man Charles Alexander died, I search on YouTube.
After Haddon finished from performing at the Pukkelpop festival in Belgium with his band, he climbed the telecommunications mast at the main stage and plunged into the car park in view of his shocked fans. A statement on the band’s MySpace page reads
‘We are all so deeply saddened to confirm that our friend Charlie Haddon passed away yesterday, Friday 20th …

When I received an email from an Israeli band called Eatliz, with subject ‘New Indie/Art rock band EP’, I honestly was not looking forward to write them review. Indie rock is not my forte, and apart from that, it is not exactly one of my favorite genres. Still, I forced myself into giving it a shot, and listen to their new EP ‘Delicately Violent’.
After listening to the first three tracks; Food Fighters, Fire, and Spliff, I already had a conclusion. Or I’m really not into the Indie …

Behind the Sun is a self titled debut album of a five piece rock band, which originates from Israel. The album, released in mid 2009 contains 12 great tracks, and is the fruit of one and a half years of hard work.
As such there is no way to describe this band’s original musical style. Although their heavy music have elements of Opeth, and their slower pieces and guitar work have influence of a 70′s rock band, they still managed to distinguish themselves with a style of their own. At first …
