But he is very famous in Italy, for his music, lifestyle and lyrics, which are typically highly criticized by the media.  Though the public loves him, really loves him.  As a matter of fact they say “God is in the Sky, Vasco is on earth” since his fans consider him to be a God.  Well don’t want to write much about Vasco Rossi, I’ll leave it up to you of how good he is, and how famous he is in Italy.

Up till Live 8, many Pink Floyd followers felt that Pink Floyd, especially David and Roger never said good bye properly, but it was about time to do it.  As David Guilmor said ‘it was also very good to get back on to speaking terms after all the bickering with roger over the years, and us to maybe grow up a little bit, and become adult human beings, with a reasonable relationship”.  So finally, as seen in this video one can see that they loved it, and finally everyone can say that Pink Floyd properly said bye and did a good job at playing a farewell 20 minutes concert.  This video is about what Pink Floyd thought of the reuniting, the live act, and the magic they left behind them!

Agua de Annique‘s vocalist Anneke van Giersbergen (ex The Gathering) played a couple of acoustic songs at Agua de Annique’s new album release party, which was held at Backstage hotel in Amsterdam, Holland.

“In Your Room”, Agua de Annique’s new album contains 12 tracks, all of which written by Anneke herself, except for two tracks, Just Fine” and “Adore”.  It will be released on October 30th, 2009.

Agua de Annique will also be touring around Holland very soon, to promote their new album “In Your Room”.
